WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

-Vixen Dolls will accept the exchange of any garment within 3 business days after the order received date. If a request for an exchange is submitted after 3 days there will be no exchange. In order to place a request for an exchange the item must be unworn and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for return shipment cost. If an item is received damaged please contact our costumer service promptly so that a replacement item can be shipped out to you as soon as possible. Exchanges will only be accepted for another size in the original item ordered and are dependent upon available inventory. If  the item is out of stock another style may be selected of equal price. To request an exchange or report a damaged good please contact costumer service at customersupport@vixendolls.co.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED GOOD?

 -We inspect every item before shipping to ensure all items are in perfect condition. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you notice a damaged good please contact our costumer service within the next three business days of order received date. Products that have been worn or are reported damaged after 3 days of received date will not be eligible for a refund.

WHAT IF IM MISSING AN ITEM OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

-We do our best to ensure our costumers are completely satisfied. If we have mistakenly sent you a wrong item or you are missing an item please contact our costumer service within three days of receiving your order so that we are able to fix the problem promptly. 

 I EMAILED, WHEN SHALL I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK? 
 -Please allow 24-72 hours for your email to be responded. Response time is dependent on order and time received. If you have not received a response within 72 hours, please resend your e-mail as your message could have ended in our junk mail. 
CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

-Yes, you will be notified with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way!

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

- If an item you want is out of stock you can always check back as we try to re stock popular items promptly.

DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZES?

  - We currently only offer sizing in Small, Medium & Large but as our company grows we plan to cater to our curvier girls. Stay tuned!

By using this website you consent to this privacy policy which applies to transactions, activities and data gathered through the website. When you create a personal account on our website it may require you to disclose certain personal information for identification such as email address, name, zip code, age, address, phone number, credit/ debit card information and billing information. This information may only be shared with third parties who facilitate completion of the purchase transaction such as fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments. We will not share your billing information with other third parties unless it is required by law or court order.
